how it works

  Free Account – order a virtual tour by using our online order form, or give us a call on 608.787.0718 and we will establish an account for you absolutely free. The information you provide to Digital Smarts Virtual Tours is treated as strictly confidential and all accounts are secure.

  Local Service Area – NOW serving Western, Central, Northwestern and Southern WI. On site photography is part of the outstanding value if  your property falls within our local service areas.

Click the view an example of our local service area in the La Crosse, WI market. We service all of Western and Central Wisconsin, Southeastern Wisconsin, Southeast Minnesota and Northeast Iowa and add a small travel fee to each tour. Travel costs vary depending upon distance and the number of tours you schedule on the same day. Ask us for pricing in these situations. 



  Photos – Our professional photographers will contact you and confirm a shoot date and time. The shoot take will approximately one hour. Once confirmed, we photograph your property with our specialialized high quality equipment.

  Virtual Tour – once Digital Smarts has taken the photos, we convert your images into the highest quality virtual tour on the market. We use industry leading technology and simple logic. Digital Smarts sets the standard in image quality by optimising colour balance ensuring your interior and exterior looks great. Additional images are stills used for production of eBrochure, etc.

  Publishing – after processing Digital Smarts publishes to your server or optionally hosts your tour on our server. If we host your tour, Digital Smarts will provide you a link to your tour so it can be accessed from anywhere anytime.

  Hosting – You don't have a website? We can host your virtual tour or slide show. Digital Smarts server has a 99.9% up time ensuring that your tour or slide show and supporting materials can be viewed 24/7/365. At any time you can access your tour through your password protected account and view your past and present virtual tours. If you prefer to host the tour on your server you can download the zipped version of the tour or you can give Digital Smarts access to your server for publishing.

  Mail a Link – Once processed Digital Smarts will send you a confirmation email that contains a link to your hosted tour or to the Digital Smarts online system. Once you have the link it can be easily incorporated into an unlimited number of websites. By accessing your online tour you can email the tour and print the eBrochure as well as view the optional slide show.

  Viewing – Java is GONE! Flash is IN!



  Slideshow – Upload up to 8 (eight) of your photos to us using our slideshow order form. We size them appropriately and produce a spectacular online slide show and publish it to our server. You can distribute the slide show link via eMail or add the link info to your advertisment, business card, etc. and your audience can enjoy your photos.
